- **Awards Ceremony: 4:00 PM under the Big Tent

- * Pre-registered builders: Check in at the tent, get your lanyard + info sheet
- * All bikes must be parked by 12:30 PM sharp
- ** Judging 1:00 – 3:30 PM (keep your lanyard visible for judges)
- ** 4:00 PM: Awards Ceremony & Tribute to Sanita Rouse, the inspiration behind this event

- * No outside alcohol — bar on-site

- * No tents, speakers, or outside music — we’ve got a DJ lined up
- * Respect the horses —no excessive engine revving
