I’m not sure if it’s my age or just that I was brought up by bikers, no not chrome cowboys, real honest to God bike people, but I always seem to come back with the same answer when times are tough. I have all in need in my brothers, and sisters in this case. This picture was taken by Lisa Ballard one night in Daytona, it was 30 some odd degrees and we were sharing a bowl of Mac-N-Cheese with Athena. I had whipped up the batch on an electric hot plate in order to promote warmth of some kind. As as many others spent the night pouring anti-freeze into their guts on Main Street, we hung out at the lot, watched old biker movies and worked on the computer. I will never forget this year’s Daytona, or that one moment when I again realized what a great life it has been since I found my way to the motorcycle.
