AIMExpo 2027 Adds Daytona Supercross VIP Experience for Attendees

AIMExpo 2027 heads to Orlando March 3–5, then offers two VIP experiences at Daytona Supercross on March 6. See package prices, track access and registration details.

Three days of industry business in Orlando, followed by a weekend of Supercross at Daytona? That’s a pretty solid way to kick off the 2027 riding season.

AIMExpo is giving its 2027 attendees a chance to take the conversation off the trade show floor and straight to the racetrack. Through a new partnership with Daytona International Speedway, dealers, manufacturers, aftermarket companies and other powersports professionals can add a special Daytona Supercross experience to their plans.

The 2027 American International Motorcycle Expo runs March 3–5, 2027, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Then, on Saturday, March 6, the AMA Supercross Championship rolls into Daytona International Speedway. Instead of heading home when the show closes, attendees can keep the motorcycle conversation going in a much louder setting.

AIMExpo 2027 and Daytona Supercross Join Forces

For the people who live and work in the motorcycle business, AIMExpo has always been about more than new products and meetings. It’s a chance to see old friends, meet the people behind the brands, and catch up on what’s happening across the industry. And when you’re already in Central Florida during Daytona Bike Week, adding a night of racing makes a lot of sense.

The new AIMExpo Daytona Supercross partnership creates two limited-capacity VIP packages. Both include Friday-night industry access and Saturday’s racing, but each offers a different level of hospitality and track access.

Two Daytona Supercross VIP Packages

Starting Gate Experience — $160

The $160 Starting Gate package, limited to 250 attendees, includes admission to Friday night’s Daytona International Speedway Industry Party and the Jeremy McGrath Holeshot event. On Saturday, the package provides Daytona Supercross grandstand seating, access to a standing-room-only viewing section beside the track, a $20 food-and-beverage voucher and a commemorative Daytona Supercross hat.

Checkered Flag Experience — $280

For those wanting to get closer to the action, the $280 Checkered Flag package is also capped at 250 attendees. It includes the Friday industry party and Jeremy McGrath Holeshot event, plus an exclusive track walk on Friday evening or Saturday before racing begins.

Race-day benefits include seating in the Roost, near the track along Pit Road, trackside standing-room viewing and hospitality with food and beverages at the 500 Club from 4 p.m. through the end of the race. That’s the package for attendees who want the fuller behind-the-scenes experience, rather than simply a seat in the grandstands.

Hotel Access and Transportation from Orlando

Both packages unlock access to an AIMExpo VIP hotel room block at select hotels across from Daytona International Speedway. The booking link is provided after registration. There’s also an optional one-way shuttle service departing the Orange County Convention Center for participating Daytona Beach hotels at 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Those details are worth paying attention to before making travel plans. The shuttle is advertised as one-way, not round-trip, and the race experience is an add-on for AIMExpo attendees rather than a general-admission Daytona ticket offer.

How to Register for AIMExpo 2027 Daytona Supercross

Attendees can choose a Daytona Supercross VIP experience while registering for AIMExpo. Both packages are limited to 250 people, so anyone considering the add-on should review availability before locking in travel. The trade show takes place March 3–5 in Orlando, with the Daytona race on March 6.

See the official AIMExpo announcement and registration information for current package details, inclusions and booking links. The official Supercross schedule also confirms Daytona’s March 6 race date.

We like the idea: handle the business of motorcycles during the week, then spend the weekend remembering why we’re all in it in the first place.
