We would like to welcome Lighting Rod Motorcycles to the blog. Steve Carr’s “Oro Fundido” is one of the featured bikes in this month’s Cycle Source. Steve has let me know that Lighting Rod Motorcycle are now producing the new Knuckle Dragger front end. It is an awesome example of the “Retro-Futuristic” look that custom builders are looking for today.
The Knuckle Dragger front end features double tube style fork legs on each leg for good looks as well as real strength and stability, it uses 2 fully adjustable gas shocks, it includes the headlight and stone guard, and can be ordered with or without the custom bars made for the front end. It fits stock HD necks and is made to stock HD length. It uses a 3/4 front axle, and is available in raw steel only. You can check out the front end here.
