SALISBURY, NC — The SmokeOut Rally, the undisputed epicenter of raw chopper culture, rides back into Salisbury, North Carolina from September 4–7, 2025, and this year’s Legends Gallery Powered by Law Tigers is shaping up to be one for the ages. Organizers have officially announced the 2025 Invited Builders under the Legends & Legacies format—a tribute to the history and future of custom motorcycle building.
A Tribute to Tradition, A Nod to the Next Generation
In a powerful move blending tradition with fresh talent, nine legendary builders who helped shape the early years of SmokeOut have each selected a Legacy builder to stand beside them in the gallery. Each of these 18 invited builders will showcase a hand-built motorcycle of their choice. From old-school chops to modern marvels, the Legends Gallery is a true timeline of craftsmanship, grit, and two-wheeled passion.

Each builder will be present throughout the weekend, giving fans and fellow gearheads a chance to meet the legends of yesterday and the future icons of tomorrow.
Tankful Exhibit: Art Meets Charity
Also housed in the Legends Gallery is the Tankful Exhibit—a rolling art show with heart. Thanks to a generous tank donation from Lowbrow Customs, custom-painted tanks by some of the industry’s top motorcycle artists will be on display. After the rally, each tank will be sold in an online auction, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Meals on Wheels Program—because everyone deserves a full tank.
SmokeOut Hall of Fame: Cementing the Culture
The SmokeOut Rally has been ground zero for outlaw builders and biker brotherhood for more than 20 years. The new SmokeOut Hall of Fame honors the names and faces that made it legendary figures like Hammer, Edge, Steve Broyles, Roadside Marty, Kevin “Teach” Baas, and many others. This living tribute will grow each year with new inductees, ensuring the rich stories and spirit of SmokeOut are never forgotten.
Law Tigers: Fueling Legacy, Supporting Culture
This year, Law Tigers joins the party—not just to back riders in tough times, but to help preserve and promote the legacy of custom motorcycle culture. As an official supporter of the Legends Gallery and Hall of Fame, Law Tigers is providing critical resources to ensure these cultural cornerstones remain as strong as the communities they serve.
