Broken Spoke Saloon & The Target Companies team up to create the World’s Largest Biker Pool! Construction of the pool is well underway ensuring the pool will be open for the Rally.
Sturgis, South Dakota— The legendary Broken Spoke Saloon, the world’s largest biker bar, has teamed up with The Target Companies, who have built camps all over the globe to create the World’s Largest Biker Pool. Groundbreaking for the pool took place early May and the construction is well underway. The pool is set to open just in time for Sturgis Rally and Races in August 2008.
The Broken Spoke Saloon and the Target Companies are turning the 600-acre Broken Spoke Campground located in Sturgis, SD off of HWY 79 into the preeminent place to camp and hang out in 2008 and beyond. The Broken Spoke, located just a few miles outside of downtown Sturgis is where the all new pool construction is well underway and the same place you will find all of the action this rally. The new pool will be the home of hot tubs, free concerts, helicopter and hot air balloon rides plus a very well equipped poolside deck loaded with chairs and umbrellas- everything you need to spend some serious hang time at the Spoke. This new pool rivals top Vegas pools. The scene at the Broken Spoke pool will be the place to be seen at the rally; live music, DJ’s, daily contests, lounge chairs, tables and killer food. The water will be just right, so come and hang out at the Spoke. Don’t forget your swimsuit and sun block.
