Welcome to My “Night-Mirror”

Welcome to My “Night-Mirror” by Curt “Dudley” Miller

Like at every event, while we were at Thunder in the Valley in Johnstown, PA we had the chance to meet a bunch of great folks. One cat, in particular, really stood out in the crowd Friday night after his show on the PNG stage. See he was hangin’ out inside the Broken Spoke and, though his name is actually Tom Pavic, just about everyone in the place thought they were chillin’ with Alice Cooper.

He spent some time at the Cycle Source booth and told me about the time he won an Alice Cooper look-alike contest, which resulted in him meeting the artist in person. Tom’s not just an impersonator though. He does all of his own vocals and sings for several bands, including Flood City Brass, a local Johnstown band, which also performed at the Thunder in the Valley event.

Have a look at Tom’s take on Alice Cooper’s Keeping Halloween Alive wherein he does all of the vocals and his makeup and support crew handle the video editing and special effects. I think you’ll agree; though Alice rarely shows up in the mirror, Tom’s image makes a pretty good reflection.
