Adrenaline, it’s the motivating chemical reaction for many bikers. The rush, the wind flying past your head, the risk of a sharp turn, the speed — it’s as close to flying as a biker can get. Until now. Flightlinez is sending aerial daredevils on an 850-foot zip line ride over the amphitheater of the Legendary Buffalo Chip.
Soar through the air, worry-free, at the 2011 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally with Flightlinez.
Flyers will experience a thrilling rush as world-famous bands like Stevie Nicks, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Poison, Alice Cooper, Toby Keith, Def Leppard, Pop Evil, STYKS, and Tesla jam on their guitars and rock out just below their feet. Zooming over the cheering crowd it will make you feel like a supernatural rock star.
Normal rates are $15 before 6 pm and $20 for the ultra-daring night rides. Riders must be at least 60 pounds, not more than 250 pounds, and must be less than 6 foot 7 inches to ride safely. Rides will be open 3 pm to 2 am daily during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
For thirty years the Legendary Buffalo Chip has proven itself as the heart of Sturgis Rally Week. Poised and ready to once again offer their visitors the complete biker experience, the Legendary Buffalo Chip has rounded up an enormous selection of biker-centric fun and festivities in addition to offering the summer’s biggest and most authentic music experience of Rally Week. Reservations for multi-day passes or daily admissions are available online at BuffaloChip.com or by calling 605-347-9000 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (MST) Monday through Friday.
