Here’s something all you Big Twin owners need to keep on the wall. As you can see it is a complete kit for Outer Primary Inspection Cover and Clutch Derby Cover. While the kit shown here is designed for 1985-1998 FLT and FXR models, James has performance proven primary and derby seal kits for all HD models.

For this particular application each kit contains 2 gaskets both of which are molded rubber on a steel core for an excellent seal and durability, even on warped covers. Suggested retail for part number JGI-25416-85-K is $18.98 and as noted, if you do any of your own service having at least one of these kits hanging on the wall is going to come in handy.
