You are bidding on this 1952 Chevrolet Pick Up truck as pictured! This unique creation started as a ’52 Chevy 3/4 ton pick up- part of the cab and bed is pretty much the only thing what’s left of it.Svenmeister Hardcore Kustoms sectioned the cab by 11 inches, the windshield frame got a 6 inch chop, the bed is narrowed by 12 inches, and the roof of course is gone; that’s how this creation got the name “Chevillac Kabriolet” (Cabriolet is German for Convertible). A one of a kind 2×4 11gauge C-notch steel frame was fabricated to hold it.
Paint-wise it’s shot with PPG Primer and covered with Semi Gloss flat black (this is not a High Gloss $10000 paint job; we wanted to keep this with the Rat Rod look!). As of right now it’s been signed all over with a silver Magic Marker by different Car Club member and all kinds of interesting people. All this comes off pretty easy with a rag and lacquer thinner if desired. The lettering and pinstriping was done by “1-shot slinger”.
That’s about all you need anyways!
I think that’s about it. Feel free to ask questions! All I can say is that I hate to see it gone but I need the funds to get a new project going…just enjoy building too much!
I promise the new owner will be happy with it and gets 100% all the attention!
Remember: This is a full custom old car. There’s no warranty with it and there will be things that need to be fixed down the road.
