Ryder from Sperry, OK, is fighting stage four Glioblastoma Multiforme of the brain stem, He was diagnosed in May 2011 and has since undergone surgery to remove the tumor and proton radiation. He is being monitored bi-weekly to watch the remaining cancer cells.
Ryder is also participating in a drug trial to help keep the cancer cells from spreading. He has a long fight ahead of him.
