Revo Twin Crashbar
This is our new 2 step version crashbar for the 2022 to present Sportster models with mid controls. For those Sportster riders who want to point their wheel to the sky and want some extra confidence in case it doesn’t go so well, this crashbar provides the ultimate protection. This model can be used with forward or mid-control models and works with most factory and aftermarket pipes. Combine this with our upper shock sliders to help keep your bike safe for all you throw at it. For low-speed tip-overs, the lower main bar will keep the bike upright and as speeds and inertia rise the upper bar will come into play. The front crash bar does what it sounds like it should, it protects the front section of the bike in case of a crash or if the bike happens to fall over. The assembly, in fact, was designed and built for some local stunt riders to protect their bikes as they were learning new tricks and didn’t want to destroy their new Sportys in the process. The bar features replaceable delrin sliders on the ends to help the bike slide over the pavement as opposed to taking hold of the bike while it is sliding and causing it to high-side. 2022-Current Sportster License Plate Relocation Kit
Not a fan of the floppy side mount license plate on your new 2022 and up Harley Davidson Nightster? This is our License Plate Relocation Kit to move your license to the center rear of the bike for a cleaner look. Also by moving the plate to the rear, it extends the coverage of the fender so the times you get caught in the rain or on a dirty road you don’t end up getting pummeled in the back from the factory short fender that came on these models. The kit is a bolt in with no cutting or welding needed. The center of the plate provides a mount to reuse the factory license plate light to keep the local authorities happy and no need for an aftermarket lighted license plate frame. 2022-2024 Sportster Shock Slider
Delrin frame sliders have been used on street bikes for years to protect the sides of them in case of a crash. These sliders use the upper shock bolt to locate them on your bike and will help protect your shocks as well as most of the rear of the bike. Delrin by nature is very resistant to shattering under high impact and has a slippery quality making it slip across the pavement as opposed to digging in and causing the bike to flip. Our upper shock slider is one of many products we have been developing for Harley applications. This kit is a direct bolt on kit for most Revolution Sportsters. Handlebar Riser Lift Kit 2022 – Current Sportster
These spacers allow the ability to rise your bars 1-1/2″ from their current location. These spacers and longer bolts can be added without having to rewire, and most OEM cables can take the extra 1.5″ so the install is usually only a few minutes and there is not usually any extra cost for cables or a long rewire process. The spacer is simply placed in between the factory riser and the upper tree and the supplied grade 8 longer bolts are to be installed in place of the stock ones.
