Lay Your Eyes on a this Fully Exposed Collection of Motorcycles and Art at the Buffalo Chip’s Russ Brown Events Center Follow every curve, explore every exposed inch and bask in the raw beauty of the Naked Truth Exhibition. Go ahead…pretend no one’s watching and just let your eyes wander. We won’t tell. Unlike any bike show or exhibit you’ve ever seen before, the 2015 Motorcycles As Art Exhibition curated by famed motorcycle photographer Michael Lichter will bare it all.

Lay your eyes on 35 tantalizing custom motorcycles unencumbered by the distraction of paint and graphics at the Buffalo Chip’s Russ Brown Events Center. The exhibit will be open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1 through Saturday, Aug. 8, 2015. Michael Lichter has been shooting bikes and the biker culture for more than 35 years. 2015 marks the seventh year in a row Michael Lichter has curated the Motorcycles As Art exhibition at the Buffalo Chip, but this year’s display is by far Lichter’s most ambitious to date. Thirty-five of the world’s most celebrated custom motorcycle builders will each provide one rolling metal sculpture to be laid bare for you to drool over.

There will be no undressing with the eyes, and nothing will be left to the imagination, because this groundbreaking display exposes these bikes’ most basic elements of shape, form and design. The passion and talent of each custom motorcycle builder will be revealed through the fine craftsmanship evident in every aspect of their bikes, from bodywork to frame, linkages to the smallest of details. Each motorcycle in the Naked Truth Exhibition will be displayed alongside photography chosen from Michael Lichter’s archive. Lichter’s photography has captured the changing face of the motorcycle world since the 1970s, and the subjects of these photos also will be as exposed as they appeared when the photo was shot—without retouching or enhancement. More than 100 framed photographs will be included in the display, combining some of Lichter’s most iconic images with recent prints that have never been seen before. The Naked Truth will also host works from other famous “moto” painters and photographers including Adam Wright, David Uhl, Jeff Decker, Paul D’Orleans, Scott Jacobs, Tom Fritz and many more.
