Jay Allen did it again. He broke yet another Land Speed Record! Way to go Jay!! He just finished up the Sturgis 2011 Rally and away he went to Bonneville to attempt to break yet another record Allen claimed a new record average with 186.465 and a new Land Speed Record in the APS-PG-3000 class.
