South Side Kustoms

south side kustoms original logo (Medium) We would like to welcome South Side Kustoms to the blog.

South Side Kustoms is the newest member to carry Cycle Source in their shop. We dig the support and are still seeking more shops to do the same. For stepping up, we had Jason McCudden, the owner write a small bio on the shop. Thanks for the help!

DSC_0190-2x (Small) “I have been a hotrodder and working on hotrods and bikes since I was a youngster, started with my dad–painting white walls on tires cuz he was too cheap to buy real ones. I went to Machinst school, after finding myself on the streets with no job after 911, the company I worked for lost government jobs, due to government money being funneled down to New York City. I went to Welding School received my certification and started South Side Kustoms in May of 2005 – stopped doing what I love as a hobby (or just helping my buddies) and started it as a full time gig. Hell I was doing it for free for years mine as well get paid for it.

I do my best to keep my prices as competitive as possible, give great customer service because I would want it, if I am paying money out. We are registered builder with NHTSA for vin number assignment. And we have had a couple of magazine features. Currently we are moving into a larger shop, where we will now offer full service machine shop, and you will start seeing more of my machinst and welder skills as we’ll be putting out more of a parts line starting with handlebars/exhaust, we already offer Weld on struts and SSK signature sprung seat as well as an extensive line of our own apparel and are dealer for most every aftermarket parts company out there. Did I mention we never charge retail. We have 2 base model bikes The Stinger and Untouchable both turn key with a vin number and great options to choose from.

S5031258 I have included a few pix The Flying Tigers theme bike is our Stinger base model and was built to compete against Dar from Brass Balls in a military S5031259 themed biker build off in Branson, MO last May 2008. Dar won…but we gave it our best shot. This model starts at $18,500.00 and comes with .50 Cals on every frame.

The black and chrome beauty is my Untouchable bobber base model (softail for those that want a softail) starting price $19,500.

Thanx for the time and opportunity – it is greatly appreciated.”
