Grease & Gears at R.O.T.

Grease & Gears at R.O.T.

Through a partnership with JP Cycles, Grease & Gears Garage will be featuring some of the most talented craftsmen and artisans of the custom motorcycle scene on stage during the Republic Of Texas Rally June 8th-11th.  Have you ever wanted to see just how a frame is raked or hard tailed, how a builder approaches choices for customizing a stock bike or how the perfect finish is applied to sheet metal? Well, step up to the Grease & Gears Garage Stage at the Travis Co. Expo Center during ROT and see it all happen first hand.

As part of the Kustom Kulture Artisan Show, produced by Biker Pros,  in the Thunderdome, from 12 to 5 each day, rally attendees and viewers from around the world can witness live performances on stage with some of the most recognizable names in the custom industry today. Pat Jansen, Grease & Gears Garage Master of Ceremonies will be roaming through the crowd to give onlookers the chance to ask industry professionals questions while they are carrying out their work.

In addition to new features like the Run Whatcha Brung Flat Track Races, A World Record Jump by Doug Danger and Military Tribute build by Motorcycle Missions, Grease & Gears Garage has been brought to Austin as part of the ROT Rally’s celebration of the best in our culture. With a 24-foot stage to create the garage and all the tooling and equipment in place the only thing missing will be you.

A live FaceBook stream will make all of this available each day to anyone who can’t make it to Austin through the J&P Cycles and Cycle Source Magazine social media feeds. The Participants that have been assembled and schedule for appearances are as follows:
