It’s never good news to report the end of a brand, however with the direction that Polaris has been taking with Indian Motorcycles and the similarities in the two product lines It makes sense that they would leave the one with sluggish performance behind in favor of the one that has such huge potential.
None the less, this news comes after so many years of Polaris building up their product line under the Victory banner that you have to feel concern for those who currently or even recently have made the commitment to them. In their press release about the whole plan to “wind down” it sounds like a responsible position that they are taking with existing customers in mind, but we will keep you in the loop of any new developments as they arise.
