Everywhere Sturgis 2011 Hot Leathers

Hot Leathers is Everywhere at the 2011 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally MANCHESTER, CONN. (August 23, 2011) — Hot Leathers had a banging 2011 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, providing the official licensed merchandise for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and the Legendary Buffalo Chip 30th Anniversary, supporting several annual events with original designs, staging a modeling contest and hosting Bryan Fuller for a book signing. Hot Leathers helps support the Sturgis community year-round by having a store on Main Street that provides souvenirs to people passing through Sturgis when it isn’t Sturgis Bike Week.

The official licensed merchandise for the 2011 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally was provided by none other than Hot Leathers. Fans bought the unique and stylish clothing in droves. The graphics were hot on the streets and virtually everyone wanted commemorative gear from Hot Leathers to mark their greatest Sturgis getaway yet. Likewise, Hot Leathers provided the official licensed clothing and accessories for the Legendary Buffalo Chip, which celebrated its 30th anniversary and is still going strong. No one wanted to leave the Chip’s 30th Birthday Bash without commemorative gear marking the very special occasion. Every soul at the party wanted a special item to solidify the memory of an explosively hot time at the party marking three decades of the "best party anywhere." Hot Leathers was also honored to support several worthy events with original and unique designs for important Sturgis traditions: the annual Legends Ride and the Michael Lichter Motorcycles as Art Exhibition. This was the fourth year of the annual Legends Ride, the largest charity-celebrity motorcycle ride, which has donated over $150,000 to the Motorcycle Hall of Fame and the Black Hills Special Olympics. This year’s Motorcycles as Art Exhibition, "Slant Artist-An Eccentric View on Motorcycles and Art" focused on avant-garde artist, Jeff Decker. The exhibit featured Decker’s bronze sculptures and art culled from his and other’s collections. Decker also created a sculpture on-site during the rally.

Hot Leathers conducted a model search leading up to this year’s Sturgis Rally and chose Mz Jai and Mark as the new Hot Leathers Models to feature in their advertisements, promotional materials, Internet marketing and catalogs. Images were shot on the streets at the Sturgis Rally by talented, well-known motorcycle photographer Curt Lout.

Hot Leathers was honored to host Bryan Fuller, author of Pushing Daisies for a book signing on Main Street in Sturgis.
