Council members expected to review Myrtle Beach noise limits Posted: 02.07.2011 at 8:58 AM The Myrtle Beach city council will take a second look at noise limits on Tuesday after Horry County hotel owners and motorcycle groups sued over the 2008 ordinance. The city lowered the maximum vehicle noise to 89 decibels from 99, as part of an effort to cut down on issues relating to two annual motorcycle rallies.
