Less Bark, More Bitebnads

The new 2009 D&D Boss Fat Cat – 2:1 Concentric Baffle drops 10db at full throttle and moves the peak torque down about 1000 rpms, thus making it more usable and enjoyable.

Check out the 2:1 Boss Fat Cat with Ghost Pipe

I selected the midnight black BOSS Fat Cat for my 2009 Street Glide and like the reduced sound when I am cruising and really like the satisfying roar when I get-on-it.

  1. I just watched the video clip for the 2:1 Boss Fat Cat with Ghost Pipe.
the video shows a bike with dual exhaust… whats with that??

  2. Hey Lee, Thanks for the question… the ghost pipe is a non-working pipe… It provides that duals look, many of the D&D customers want the look and the performance. The 2:1 is the performance pipe and is the reason you get all of the performance gain.

  3. On the new bagger 09 Fatcat, they have a bend in the pipe for the new frame and back wheel that is UGLY as hell. Why cant they be honest and tell us about it and show it in the pictures? They hide it in every picture! Not Cool!

  4. D&D straightened out the stock pipe. Harley had the ugly bend and D&D modified the mounting points to deliver a straight and sano look.

  5. WOW- Just got the New Concentric Wrapped Baffle and I have to tell you- THERE IS NOTHING QUIET ABOUT IT! This pipe is LOUD!! Damn- I was hoping for a little less noise and with more of a deep rumble.NOPE! With all the talk of tickets this year for loud exhaust from the cops, I was hoping D&D would have come out with this being more quiet like advertised. Please try again D&D- Something that wont piss off the neighbors and get us tickets from the cops! Thank you!
