Bruce Rossmeyer killed in motorcycle crash

It has been brought to my attention from Jack at Bikerhotline that Bruce Rossmeyer has passed away today.

brucerossmeyerprintz “We are sad to report that Bruce Rossmeyer, owner of Daytona Beach Harley-Davidson and many other Harley Dealerships, died just a few hours ago in a motorcycle accident in Wyoming on his way back from a Dealers meeting in Colorado enroute to Sturgis.  A family friend said Rossmeyer was riding with several motorcyclists when they pulled out to pass a recreational vehicle. Rossmeyer was the last in line and was killed when the RV strayed into his lane, hitting his motorcycle, according to the friend who didn’t want to be named. Keep checking back to Bikerhotline.com we will keep you posted with the information as it comes in.
Bruce Rossmeyer was an icon in our industry and he will be greatly missed.

Our prayers go out to the Rossmeyer family!

Where did common courtesy go?

Bitchin sticker donated by Biltwell, Inc

IMG_7153 I was baffled at the last bike show that I went to. It is common knowledge that you don’t touch another guys bike but over and over I watched dudes go up to different motorcycles touch the paint, seat and even have the balls to sit on it, not knowing or caring who it belongs to. When did it become ok to cross this line? The very line created by the Grandfathers before us that would grab you off the bike, kick your ass and send you on your way. Is it time to resort to those measures again? Let me know your thoughts

Spoke Art2

See Them At The Original Broken Spoke Saloon On Lazelle!

Cycle Source Magazine in conjunction with Coors Light and The Broken Spoke Saloon present “The Next Generation And Beyond” during this year’s Sturgis Rally. So what is it? Well, in order to reach out to the hot young talent who are building some of the most bitchin’ bikes these days, a special stage has been erected inside the Spoke on Lazelle Street ,that will give credit to three young builders. Brian Elliott of Black Sunshine Customs, Rod Davis of Stripped Down Cycles and Scott Williams of Williams Originals. Each of these builders have been selected for their age, passion for building and accomplishments in their field.

TAKE A THRILL RIDE

bbb-thrill-2awss Her arms went about me passionately and sharp fingernails clawed at the flesh of my bare back, not hard enough to draw blood but leaving streaks of whiteness behind them when they fell away limply.

Ahh, Cherry Blair, she leaves a brand on the mind…
